The Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum on "AI-Driven Business Model Transformation and New Opportunities for Employment" Was Successfully Held at Our School.   2025/06/12

To explore the profound impact of artificial intelligence on the business ecosystem and talent demand, while leveraging the strength of alumni to empower current students, our school successfully convened the Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum on AI-Driven Business Model Transformation and New Opportunities for Employmenton the afternoon of June 6. The forum was moderated by Qiu Yuanhang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of our school.

During the forum, distinguished alumni delivered insightful presentations. Wang Hongtao, Chairman of Shandong Qichuang Engineering Petrochemical Co., Ltd., delivered a talk titled How to Anchor Your Entrepreneurial Journey in an Era of Uncertainty,in which he analyzed the employment challenges facing university students and elaborated on the key qualities and capabilities required for entrepreneurs, drawing from his own entrepreneurial experience. Li Peilei, Chairman of Qingdao Lüze Vocational School, shared his personal career trajectory and introduced the history and achievements of Qingdao Lüze Vocational School, advising students to align their entrepreneurial endeavors with policy trends, capitalize on emerging opportunities, engage in continuous learning, and cultivate self-discipline. Guo Yi, Chairman of Shenzhen Changxing Technology Co., Ltd., recounted his own career experiences in employment and entrepreneurship, emphasizing the importance of continuously adjusting a companys positioning in response to changing circumstances to meet evolving development needs. Shi Yixiong, Executive Partner and Product Manager of Xian Jinhuidui Culture Technology Co., Ltd., shared his experience of pursuing cross-disciplinary entrepreneurship, particularly noting the critical importance of maintaining deep thinking in an era of rapid technological iteration. Liu Huiqin, Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Provincial Association of Entrepreneurs, analyzed the severe challenges currently facing the employment market and identified promising employment directions. She advised students to enhance their interpersonal skills, strengthen their professional competencies, and develop comprehensive capabilities, while carefully weighing career development prospects against salary considerations when making employment decisions.

 

During the interactive session, the entrepreneurs addressed questions from the attending students on topics such as career planning, employment choices, and mindset adjustment. The experience sharing and heartfelt advice from the alumni entrepreneurs provided students with invaluable guidance for navigating employment challenges and career planning in the era of AI, fully reflecting our schools educational philosophy of caring for student development and committing to cultivating high-quality talents in the new era.
