Professor at Shaanxi Normal University, Doctoral Supervisor. Serves as the Director of the University Development Planning Office and the Director of the Higher Education Research and Assessment Center. President of the Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Research Association for Basic Principles of Marxism, President of the Shaanxi Provincial Das Kapital Research Association, a nationally renowned social science popularization expert, featured speaker for the provincial social sciences community's "Chang'an Lecture Series—Premium Lectures," and a member of the provincial Party committee's appointed lecture corps. Long engaged in research on political economy, the socialist market economy, and ideological and political education in higher education. Has presided over 2 National Social Science Fund projects and over ten provincial. ministerial-level research projects. Published 6 academic monographs and more than 50 papers in core and above journals.
