Personal Introduction

Professor at Shaanxi Normal University, Ph.D. in Management, Postdoctoral Fellow in Economics, and Visiting Scholar at the University of Colorado Boulder, USA. Currently serves as Secretary-General and Council Member of the Xi'an Soft Science Research Association, and Council Member of the Xi'an Macroeconomics Society. Main research areas include regional economy, resource economy, environmental planning, and investment and financing management. Has presided over more than 30 vertical and horizontal research projects at national and provincial levels, published over 30 academic papers, and authored 7 monographs and textbooks, including Research on Low-Carbon Economic Development and Research on the Investment and Financing Mechanism of China's Environmental Protection Industry. Related achievements have received multiple provincial, ministerial, and bureau-level awards.

[1] 2013: The paper "Standardization and the Enhancement of Urban Competitiveness: A Case Study of Xi'an" received the First Prize for Outstanding Standardization Paper from the Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (formerly Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision).

[2] 2013: The paper "Research on the Impact Effect of Public Investment on Commercial Housing Prices—An Analysis Based on Cross-sectional Data from 35 Major and Medium-sized Cities in China" received the Third Prize (Paper Category) in the 8th Xi'an Municipal Outstanding Achievement Award in Philosophy and Social Sciences.
