Personal Introduction

Shen Jian, born in May 1974, is originally from Nantong, Jiangsu Province, and is of Han ethnicity. He is primarily engaged in teaching and research in the fields of International Business Law and Civil and Commercial Law. He has long served as a lecturer for courses such as Commercial Law and Economic Law in training programs for export salespersons, foreign trade clerks, and corporate culture specialists in Shaanxi Province. He has also conducted customized corporate training on topics including the Contract Law, Labor Contract Law, and Bidding Law for major enterprises and groups such as Changqing and Chuanqing, Shaanxi Telecom, Shaanxi Power Grid Group, Shaanxi Local Power Group, as well as for Shaanxi’s banking and tobacco systems. Additionally, he has delivered specialized lectures on Labor Contract Signing and Employment Risk Prevention for University Graduates at institutions like Xi’an Jiaotong University and Shaanxi Normal University.  He previously served as a guest lawyer for the real estate segment “Lawyer Online” on the program City Impressions on Xi’an City Information Radio (FM106.1) and currently frequently acts as a special “supervisory guest” for the “Party Conduct and Clean Government Hotline – Questioning Xi’an” segment on Shaanxi Radio and Television. He has published multiple papers in core journals such as Theoretical Exploration, Folk Law, and Lanzhou Academic Journal, and has contributed to several textbooks. He also practices as a lawyer at Shaanxi Mingcang Law Firm and serves as legal counsel for Shaanxi Haifu Company.
