Personal Introduction

Wen Lei, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1971 in Beijing, is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. He teaches courses such as Microeconomics, Managerial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Institutional Economics, Intermediate Macroeconomics, and Intermediate Microeconomics for undergraduate and postgraduate students. His main research areas include agricultural and rural social development, corporate governance, and social organizations. He has presided over two National Social Science Fund projects and published over 10 academic papers. He has guided students in competitions like the "Challenge Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the National Management Case Competition, winning multiple provincial-level and national awards. He also serves as a committee member of the Expert Advisory Committee for Social Organizations under the Ministry of Civil Affairs' Bureau of Social Organization Administration, and as an expert for the "Four Databases" (expert database, curriculum database, teaching materials database, case database) and "Two Bases" (theoretical research base, practical training base) of the Shaanxi Provincial Rural Revitalization Cadre Training Program.
