Personal Introduction

Shao Xiao, Ph.D. in Economics, is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. He graduated from Fudan University in 2013 with a specialization in Industrial Organization. His research focuses on public policy, industrial organization, and transitional development. He has presided over projects such as the Shaanxi Social Science Foundation and published multiple papers in journals like Social Science Research and Economic Perspectives, addressing topics such as public goods and social stratification, and dual economic structure.
