1991-present: at Shaanxi Normal University; successively served as Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Department Head, Party Branch Secretary, and Director of Teaching and Research Office. Member of the Standing Committee of the China Society for Macroeconomic Management Education, Director of the Shaanxi Economic Society, and Expert Trainer at Datang Power. During this period: 2009.11-2012.04: Postdoctoral Fellow at the Quantitative Economics Postdoctoral research station, Liaoning University; 2013.09-2014.09: Visiting Scholar at the University of Sussex; 2015.11-2016.11: as a member of the third batch of 'Doctoral Service Group' of the Organization Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee, served as the Deputy Director of Finance at Yulin Water Group.
