Personal Introduction

Xue Qing, female, born in December 1984, native of Xi'an, Shaanxi. Associate Professor, Master's supervisor, Doctor of Applied Economics from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Concurrently serves as a standing director of the Shaanxi Provincial Capitalism Research Society, a director of the Shaanxi Provincial Development Economics Society, and a director of the Shaanxi Provincial Operations Research Society. From September 2017 to September 2018, she was a visiting scholar at the Business School of Columbia University in the United States under the State Scholarship Fund Commission's sponsored project. She mainly engages in research on financial development, digital finance, digital economy, and social networks. As an independent author or first author, she has published over 20 academic papers in core journals such as Economic Dynamics, Economist, and Financial Science; she has led 10 provincial and ministerial-level projects, including National Social Science Fund projects, key research report construction projects of the Ministry of Education, Shaanxi Social Science Fund, and Shaanxi Soft Science Research Plan, and has participated as a second participant and core member in over 10 national and ministerial-level projects; her research achievements have successively won the first-class and second-class awards of the Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievements. She has written 2 research reports, which have been submitted for approval by provincial and ministerial-level leading cadres and adopted by relevant provincial government departments.
