Personal Introduction

Han Jing, a Doctor of Management, is a professor at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University and the deputy director of the Department of Management Science and Engineering. He also serves as the deputy secretary of the university's Youth League committee and the director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community. His research focuses on innovation management, knowledge management, and decision analysis. He has led several national and provincial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation and the Ministry of Education's humanities and social sciences fund. He has published over ten academic papers in important journals both domestically and internationally, such as 'Information Sciences', 'Knowledge-Based Systems', 'Chinese Journal of Management Science', and 'Systems Engineering - Theory & Practice', and has authored one monograph. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Pittsburgh and has practical experience in corporate R&D management. He has been teaching courses such as 'Management Information Systems' and 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice' for a long time and has served as a mentor and judge for various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, including the 'Internet Plus' and the 'Challenge Cup'.

1. How policy transition affects R&D production decisions — Taking the innovation ecosystem of the new energy vehicle industry as an example, it won the first prize of the 2024 Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Outstanding Achievement Award.
    2. Deconstruction and reconstruction of the innovation cooperation network won the second prize of the 2021 Shaanxi University Humanities and Social Sciences Research Outstanding Achievement Award.
    3. Theory and methods of uncertainty multi-interaction decision-making and their applications won the third prize of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.
