Personal Introduction

Born in May 1983, native of Xi'an, Shaanxi, and an independent politician. Graduated from the Business School of Montesquieu University in France in 2011 with a Doctorate in Business Administration. The same year, he was recruited by Shaanxi Normal University to return to China for work, where he has been employed to date. In 2015, he entered the Postdoctoral Mobile Station of the School of Management at Xi'an Jiaotong University to continue his research in the field of big data. He is a senior visiting scholar at the China Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science and the China Academy of Mathematics Interdisciplinary Center. Currently, he is a professor at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University, the Executive Director of the Shaanxi Normal University Digital and Innovative Economy Research Institute (IDIE), a member of the Shaanxi Province Intelligent Business Big Data Youth Innovation Team, and a standing committee member of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society for Optimization, Overall Planning, and Economic Mathematics Research. Since returning to work in China in 2011, he has focused on cutting-edge competitive research in the field of artificial intelligence system control. He has published 46 papers in SSCI.SCI journals; obtained 12 invention patents; and has been granted 7 major research projects, including the National Ministry of Science and Technology Soft Science Major Research Program, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Shaanxi Province 13115 Major Innovation Project, the Shaanxi Province Soft Science Key Research Program, and the Yulin City Major Innovation Research Program, as well as 6 horizontal projects, with a total research capital of 6.7 million yuan; in August 2018, he was awarded the Xi'an City Young Science and Technology Talent title (1.1); in October 2021, he received the Second Class Award of the 15th Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award (1.5); in March 2022, he was awarded the Third Class Award of the 2021 Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (3.6); in October 2022, he received the Second Class Award of the 15th Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Academic Paper Award (1.5); in March 2023, he was awarded the 14th Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Award (1.1); in May 2024, he was selected as an expert in the Shaanxi Provincial Decision-making Consultation Committee Expert Database (1.1); in June 2024, he was appointed as a specially-appointed expert for the Science and Technology Innovation Think Tank of the Xianyang Science and Technology Association (1.1); in February 2025, he was selected as a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Decision-making Consultation Committee Expert Committee (1.1); in March 2025, he was awarded the Special First Class Award of the 2025 Shaanxi Higher Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Outstanding Achievement Award (1.2). He has written 6 government policy recommendations and research reports, which have been submitted to provincial and ministerial-level leading cadres for approval and adopted by relevant provincial government departments, resulting in positive economic and social impacts.
