Personal Introduction

Lan Juanli, female, Han ethnicity, born in April 1987, from Fuping, Shaanxi, member of the Communist Party of China. Associate Researcher at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Fellow. Currently, she is the Director of the First-class Discipline Construction Office of the school and the Deputy Director of the School's Poverty Alleviation Policy and Evaluation Research Center (CTTI National Think Tank). Her research direction is industrial economy and rural revitalization. She has led five provincial and ministerial-level projects, published over 30 papers in core journals such as CSSCI.SSCI, and authored 9 books. As a core expert, she has deeply participated in the third-party evaluation work of poverty alleviation and consolidation of achievements in Shaanxi Province from 2017 to 2023, leading a survey of over ten thousand households, writing several assessment reports adopted by provincial departments, and significantly serving the national strategy. She also teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and guides students to win awards in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.

(2) Lan Juanli, Lei Hongzhen. The paper 'Research on the Library Seat Occupation Problem Based on Marx's Rent Theory' won the third prize of the theoretical essay contest at the 2014 Academic Annual Meeting of the Shaanxi Provincial 'Das Kapital' Research Association.
(3) In the 2021 third National College Students' Cross-border E-commerce Innovation Marketing Competition, guided the student team to win the third prize at the national level, awarded the title of Excellent Instructor.
