Personal Introduction

Shi Juan, born in 1985, a member of the Communist Party of China, Han ethnicity, from Weinan, Shaanxi. She is a joint Ph.D. graduate from the School of Management at Xi'an Jiaotong University and the Business School at City University of Hong Kong, holding dual doctorates, and serves as a master's supervisor. Her research areas include social networks and user behavior analysis, data mining. As the first author, she has published over 10 academic papers in internationally and domestically renowned academic journals, including Internet Research, Applied Soft Computing, Information Technology and Management, Plos One, and Kybernetes, among others. She has published an English academic monograph with Springer and has led 7 projects, including those funded by the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Xi'an Social Sciences Foundation, horizontal projects, and central university projects. She has also led two teaching projects. The courses she has taught include Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, Introduction to Big Data Science, Introduction to Feature Engineering and Practice, Big Data Industry Practice, Business Etiquette, Introduction to E-commerce, and The Past and Present of E-commerce.
