Personal Introduction

Wu Zenghai, associate professor in the Department of Business Administration at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University, master's degree in management, Ph.D. in economics. Has visited the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the United States. Mainly teaches courses such as Operations Research and Operations Management, with research interests focused on human capital management in knowledge-based organizations, technology, and operations management. Has led or participated in several provincial and ministerial level projects, edited multiple development research reports, and published several academic papers in domestic and international journals.
