Ren Haiyun, Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Professor at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University, Doctor of Management, Postdoctoral Fellow in Economics. Main research directions include corporate governance and corporate technological innovation financing and investment, fiscal and tax policies and corporate financing and investment. Has led multiple national and provincial scientific research projects, published over 50 papers, and authored 1 monograph. Possesses profound academic achievements and rich practical experience in corporate practice.
