Han Shurong holds a Ph.D. from the University of Adelaide, Australia, and currently teaches at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. Her courses include Business Ethics and Human Resource Management. She has presided over multiple provincial and ministerial-level research projects and published several authoritative papers. Her research focuses on social security, social issues, and business ethics.
