Personal Introduction

Liu Wei holds a Ph.D. in Economics and serves as an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. He is also a Council Member of the Shaanxi Labor Society and a member of the Shaanxi Provincial Vocational Skills Appraisal Expert Committee, with his research primarily focused on labor economics and related fields.

Professional Experience:
1994-2000: Worked in labor and personnel affairs at the Personnel and Labor Department of Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Plant, CNPC.
2000-2002: Engaged in human resource management at Xi'an Antai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
2005-present: Employed as a faculty member at Shaanxi Normal University, engaged in teaching and research.
