Personal Introduction

Yan Liang holds a Ph.D. in Management and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Management at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. He completed his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies in Xi'an and conducted postdoctoral research at the same university before joining the faculty. His long-term research focuses on organizational behavior, with specific interests in work commitment, employee voice, leadership behaviors, and human resource practices. He has published approximately 20 papers in authoritative Chinese journals such as Management Review and Science Research Management and serves as a reviewer for several core academic journals.
