Personal Introduction

Zhang Pei, Doctor of Laws, is an associate professor in the Department of Organizational Management at the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. Her research focuses on economic law, labor law, and employee relations management. She has presided over several provincial-level research projects and published monographs such as Research on Abuse of Civil Litigation Rights and Its Regulation and The U.S. Civil Justice System. She has been teaching at the university since 2003.
