Centered on enterprise decision-making and utilizing the iBizSim enterprise competition simulation system, the competition aimed to enhance participating teamsinterdisciplinary integration capabilities, systematic thinking, and teamwork skills within a highly simulated business context.

Since its launch, the competition has garnered widespread attention and enthusiastic responses from faculty and students across the university, attracting 12 outstanding teams from various disciplines to register. On September 9, under the meticulous guidance of faculty advisors and the careful organization of the Youth League Committees Publicity Department of our school, the participating teams conducted pre-competition simulation training, making thorough preparations for the formal competition.

On the day of the internal selection competition, the event officially commenced at the scheduled time. Adhering strictly to the standards of the national competition, the internal competition adopted the “7+1” format and featured continuous multi-period simulation operations throughout the day, comprehensively assessing participants’ adaptability and decision-making capabilities in complex market environments. During the competition, team members collaborated effectively, each assuming distinct roles such as General Manager, Financial Manager, Production Manager, and Marketing Manager within the simulated enterprise. Based on real-time market dynamics and historical corporate data, they formulated scientifically sound and effective business strategies.

After a day of intense competition, all participating teams demonstrated solid professional competence, keen market insight, and outstanding innovative thinking, successfully completing all simulation challenges. According to the competition structure, the top eight teams based on overall scores will advance to the national competition on behalf of our university. In addition, a total of eight teams registered for the three specialized tracks: Business Analysis and Practice, Business Administration Cases, and AI and Digital Technology Applications. Following an initial selection process organized by the school, seven teams ultimately stood out and successfully qualified for the national competition. Moving forward, the university and the school will provide comprehensive training and resource support for the teams advancing to the national stage, assisting them in showcasing the excellence of Shaanxi Normal University and achieving further success.

The successful hosting of this competition has effectively enhanced graduate students’ practical application abilities and cross-disciplinary innovative thinking, while also providing an important platform for interdisciplinary integration and team collaboration.

In the future, our school will continue to organize such competitions, promoting learning through competition and application through practice, and persistently fostering a practical education ecosystem conducive to the comprehensive development of graduate students. We strive to cultivate more outstanding talents capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation, possessing both a global perspective and local innovation capabilities, thereby providing solid support for China’s modernization efforts.
