Massey University (New Zealand) Deputy Vice-Chancellor Stephen Kelly Visits IBS
On the morning of June 7, 2023, a delegation from Massey University, New Zealand, led by Professor Stephen Kelly, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Business School, along with Ms. Jade Zhou, Business Manager of the Business School, visited the International Business School for discussions and exchanges. The meeting was attended by Mr. Si Peifeng, Party Secretary of IBS; Professor Lei Hongzhen, Dean of IBS; Dr. Lan Juanli, Director of the First-Class Discipline Construction Office; Dr. Li Zhengfeng, Director of the International Cooperation and Accreditation Office; Ms. Jing Tingting, Head of the International Programs and Cooperation Section; and Ms. Li Xinran, a staff member from the same section.
During the meeting, Dean Lei Hongzhen extended a warm welcome to Professor Stephen Kelly and his delegation, and provided a brief overview of the school, highlighting its distinctive disciplinary features and current internationalization efforts. Subsequently, Professor Stephen Kelly gave a concise introduction to Massey University's Business School and its signature collaborative programs in China. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding potential international exchange programs and cooperation at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Following the meeting, both sides expressed their anticipation for establishing a positive collaborative relationship to enhance teaching quality and provide students with richer learning experiences.
