Recently, the 16th China MBA Annual Conference and the 2024 Business School Annual Ceremony were grandly held in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Han Ruhao, President of the 13th MBA Union of our school, Chen Jiaxin, President of the 15th MBA Union, Shen Hongli, Executive President, and Hou Sisi, a 2024 graduate student, attended the event on behalf of the school.

The annual conference was hosted by Dalian University of Technology, under the theme “Harnessing New Quality Productivity, Envisioning the Future of Business, and Jointly Promoting Revitalization.” It brought together MBA faculty and student representatives from over 200 universities, along with professionals from various sectors, to explore the transformation and upgrading of MBA education and the strategic requirements for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.

During the seven sub-forums held on the afternoon of December 7, MBA faculty and student representatives from Shaanxi Normal University actively participated in discussions, engaging in in-depth exchanges with representatives from participating institutions, promoting the MBA brand of our university, and fostering extensive inter-institutional collaboration. Chen Jiaxin, President of the MBA Union of our school, delivered a keynote speech titled “What Does ‘Normal University’ Mean? What Does ‘Northwest’ Represent?” at the China MBA Presidents Forum on behalf of our school, showcasing the academic strength and sense of social responsibility of Shaanxi Normal University’s MBA program to fellow institutions in attendance.

At the China MBA Annual Ceremony Awards Gala held that evening, the MBA delegation from our school achieved notable recognition. Our school was honored with the “China MBA Outstanding Business School Award,” a distinction that fully affirms the quality and comprehensive strength of our MBA education. Meanwhile, the MBA Union received the “Outstanding Organization Award for Social Responsibility of the Year,” highlighting the exceptional contributions of our MBA Union in the field of social responsibility.

In addition, Han Ruhao, President of the 13th MBA Union of our school, received the “Outstanding Alumni Award,” while Chen Jiaxin and Shen Hongli, Presidents of the 15th MBA Union, were respectively honored with the “China MBA Outstanding Leadership Award” and the “Outstanding New Talent Award.” The exceptional performance of our MBA delegation at this annual conference not only enhanced the visibility and influence of our school but also injected new momentum into the development of our MBA education.
