To enrich campus cultural life, promote interaction among graduate students, enhance team spirit, and strengthen cohesion and solidarity, the 2023 “MBA Cup” Friendship Basketball Tournament, jointly organized by the Graduate Student Union and the MBA Union of our school, was successfully held at Shanglin Gymnasium at 7:00 PM on May 7. Two teams, consisting of MBA students and full-time graduate students, engaged in a spirited competition.

Before the start of the game, both teams participated in warm-up exercises together. With the referee’s whistle, the basketball game officially began, and the players immediately entered an intense competitive state. On the court, the players demonstrated tacit understanding through seamless passes in coordinated teamwork, actively contested possession with tenacious effort, and executed successful shots through alternating advances. The spectators were equally enthusiastic, frequently offering cheers and applause to the players on the court. After nearly an hour and a half of competition, the game concluded. Finally, the players from both teams shook hands, exchanged insights, and took a group photo on the court.

This “MBA Cup” Friendship Basketball Tournament fully showcased the spirit and character of graduate students in our school, promoted interaction between MBA students and full-time graduate students, strengthened the students’ physical fitness, and enhanced their sense of team pride and belonging. Youth in pursuit of dreams is the most beautiful. It is hoped that students of the Business School will forever preserve the spirit of unity and perseverance demonstrated on the court, overcome all obstacles, forge ahead with determination, and achieve success in their future academic and personal endeavors.
